Lost link to Seller Account
I used to have a buyer account lined to a seller account, but after I meet a login issue the Amazon Support team ask me to recreate my BUYER account with the same email told me this the quickest way to fix the problem. After the Buyer account was recreated I notice that the Seller Center no longer take my old password. I can only login to Seller Central with my new created account(password), and then when I get in it say no seller account related!!!!!
I have been talking to Amazon Customer Service for hours to explain what happen, everytime they redirect me to seller center, saying they have no tool for seller account. While I go to SellerCentral, they told me it's my Buyer account's problem that I should go back to Amazon Customer Service. I have been pushing back and forth for more than 2 weeks.
The seller account is still charging me 39.9 dollars every month while I was seeking for help to regain the access.
To me it's really hard to understand how come this could happen to companys like Amazon.....
I hope this could be resolved ASAP since it's already blocked for one month....

So that we can help you the best I would like to ask a few questions. Have you attempted to use the forgot password tool to access any of the accounts? When talking to Amazon customer service, they will have tools to help fix the login issues with your buying account. I suggest to call them and ask if there are any pending issues with the buying account alone. Can you share a screenshot of the login errors that you are facing so we can review them?

I have been calling Amazon Seller Central multiple times, what they told me is my buying account with the same email is active in their system, but I have been keeping blocked by the "Tempary Locked" issue in both Amazon.com and SellerCentral after giving my email and password. Yeah, I can reset password and I have done more than 20 times, it won't solve the problem. BTY what's the right way to reply to a ticket without login?
