Thank you for reaching out. You are seeing the $39.99 professional sellers fee being split between the market places that fall under the North American Unified Account. Canada is one of those market places. You are not paying more to be in CA's market place, it's just how the fee is split up.

If you wish to stop selling, you can suspend your listings.

• To remove all your listings and keep your seller account active for future use, see Stop selling a product.
