Why am i charged storage fee

discussion.i was charge a $53 storage fee, my understanding is you are charged when you go over capacity is that right? But my capacity manager says I have unlimited capacity so what's up with the fee?

You get charged when your product is there after a certain number of months, and then as well as Long Term Storage fee.
