Customer Shipping Fees goes to the Courier and not Seller!! OUTRAGEOUS!
I am completely shocked that as the seller, we do not receive the customers Shipping Fees. I have already paid for the courier to ship the item on my end, why would we not receive the fees? I was already charged so much by Amazon as a professional account that I had to down grade to an individual account and now I just found out we don't receive the total order amount. Diffferent platforms like Shopify etc. when you charge the shipping amount, you recieve those fees for shipping. This is outrageous and Amazon really gives Sellers a fighting chance.

You have to be a professional account to be able to change and set the shipping fees price.
If you have an individual account, you'll have to raise the product price to compensate as you can't raise the shipping cost as an individual account.
Don't forget as an individual account, you also pay a per sale fee on every sale.
$29.99 CAD or $39.99 USD a month, depending if you have a .ca or a .com account. Pretty small potatoes overall for selling on the worlds largest selling platform.
We don't even charge shipping on any of our FBM listings, we include shipping in the price. Customers LOVE free shipping!

now they raise labelling fee from 20p to 60p .
40P hike . I am also preparing to stop fba service and use fbm .
