Amazon account shows verified but the inventory is stranded

case id: 18067652811

I have submitted the business letter multiple times and it shows verified. But it still shows reactivate account and after clicking the link it shows verified successfully. Any info on how to get this fixed?

I've reviewed your account and I see that your marketplaces are set to vacation prior you submitting the business letter which caused your account to be stuck in the reactivation state.

Can you please make sure your marketplaces are out of vacation mode, wait couple of minutes, log out of your account and log back in.

If you still see the red banner please respond back here again so that I can escalate this on my end.

Please make sure to leave the marketplaces off vacation mode so that we can solve the issue first and once that is done you can revert back to your original settings.
