Amazon Promo Rebates
Can someone please explain to me what a Amazon Promo Rebate is and why do I, as a seller, have to pay for it when one of my product sells. I dont run any rebated or coupons on any of my product i sell. The amount I got charged on 2 different orders is $1.06 & $1.34. The amount is small but I want to know why I got charged for it. I created a few cases but seller support as usual is useless, saying "we do not have an option to process reimbursement for this promo rebates as deducted from your account"

Hey there @Seller_ViRcsQPm12eFa- thanks for asking this question here on forums as I bet there are other sellers out there with similar inquiries!
I was able to find this forums post on the issue where another seller provides a synopsis of how this relates to shipping charges.
Does this seem like it could be applicable to your situation?
