Adjusting Delivery Time Settings for Faster Shipping
Hi,
Our company and factory are based in Taiwan. We handle shipping of our products ourselves using Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) method. Recently, while reviewing the "Promised Delivery vs. Actual Delivery" report in the Manage Seller Fulfilled Products section, we noticed that our delivery times are consistently much shorter than the promised delivery time, as shown in the screenshot below. We have been wanting to adjust our delivery time settings to make them even shorter for quite some time. However, in the shipping settings, we only have one option available, which is "14-28 days." I have gone through the Help section in Seller Central, but I haven't found a solution to this issue.
I am reaching out to the community to ask if anyone has encountered a similar problem or has any suggestions or ideas on how to resolve it. Your input and expertise would be greatly appreciated.

I am not too familiar with International FBM shipping but are you using Amazon's Template or are you creating your shipping Template?

It appears that Amazon has the Transit Time set (for standard shipping) from your location and there is no option to change it or unselect Standard Shipping.
Have you been shipping for more than 90 days?
To be eligible to offer Premium Shipping options, you must be selling on Amazon for more than 90 days and must meet the following requirements for 30 days for Premium Shipping orders.
You may want to try Amazon Auto shipping, Amazon will apply accurate transit times using the most recent carrier delivery performance data.

Shipping Settings Automation automates transit time calculation for the following seller-fulfilled ship options:
- Standard shipping for domestic and China-based warehouses.
or as suggested by Bookworm "using a U.S. based warehouse."

We have been shipping for more than 90 days, and we have the premium shipping option enabled in our shipping settings. However, it is unfortunate that the premium shipping only offers One-Day Shipping and Two-Day Shipping. Since we ship our products from Taiwan to the USA, it is not possible to deliver them that quickly.
I also attempted to use the Shipping Settings Automation you mentioned, but it appears that this service is currently unavailable for sellers in Taiwan. Nevertheless, I sincerely appreciate your assistance in finding a solution. Thank you very much!

This question has come up before from sellers shipping from outside the U.S.
I do not believe you will find a solution other than using a U.S. based warehouse.
