Sometimes I see a seller enter 3 or 4 different prices for the same product with the same name. These prices are sometimes exactly the same, and sometimes they vary slightly. Is this legal

Welcome to Amazon forums, this is Lucre I'm happy to assist. 👩💼
Sellers can create different SKUs for the same item as long as each has a different fulfillment method (could be fulfilled by seller or FBA). Also, you may see multiple listings of the same item name, but may be part of a variation and therefore it makes it a completely new product or ASIN.
If the SKUs meet the above characteristics, sellers could set up the same price or make slight changes to it as long as they meet the Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy.
If the listings don't meet the above policy, you can go ahead and file an abuse report so we can take a look.

One offer ships prime FBA via Amazon truck, and the other offer the seller ships themselves FBM, for when FBA runs out of stock, or to non prime customers that Amazon doesn't want to ship to, or when the seller's estimated delivery date is faster than FBA for items that may be closer to the customer, or for when FBA is transferring inventory in FC Transfer status.
