I have problem with fulfillment center (YHM1). An entire box with 37 items was lost by this fulfillment center. All these items were in one box, which was received by the fulfillment center (YHM1) on Sep 06, 2024 (shipment FBA18D4WCWHJ). According to the Inventory Ledger from Seller Central, these items were received by the YHM1 fulfillment center on Sep 06, 2024 in full. But then, on September 10, 2024, it was deducted from my inventory and is not accounted for anywhere. They just disappeared. My case 16477006221. I provided evidence that the fulfillment center received this box, provided the Inventory Ledger according to which the fulfillment center received the units. I have nothing, no goods, no refunds. Please help me, I am losing all hope.

I have a shipment that was created October 4 and delivered to YHM1 where it layed for a substantial time before entering receiving. Then it went in and was fully received the same day.
The shipment is now closed with a discrepancy of +1 (which is not possible)
So there is a case now open disputing the over-receipt on this shipment (16590331421) hoping they will correct it to the original shipped quantity.
These errors are huge time-wasting issues for sellers - not to mention lost items. This distribution centre should get back on track so we don't avoid shipments there (as I am doing today)

Here's perhaps a little bit of a pre-emptive one, since it's still in progress, but I can see the pattern starting as per usual. No case yet, since it ain't broken....yet.

It was delivered, and then checked in Oct 31. Nothing past that. That's slow, but not time to panic yet. But I'm going to get my crystal ball out and gaze into it.
I see the future! I see it sitting in this status for a couple of weeks, probably never entering 'receiving'. Then it will one day suddenly close and they'll say I send them a big box of air, zero units received.
As an aside, some people have commented that if they see it going to Mount Hope, they cancel it? How do you do that? When we've tried in the past, it just winds up going back there again. So yes, I can cancel it, but it still will usually try to go there next time again.

I need this matter escalated and reviewed in-depth. There is clear evidence that these units were delivered to the warehouse, checked in, and counted as available in inventory. Let me emphasize: the items you claim are missing were confirmed in stock. This is unacceptable, and I require reimbursement.
The shipping records confirm delivery, and every indication shows Amazon received my inventory. I have been dealing with this issue for months and urgently need a resolution. Here are the shipment details:
