Issue Creating New Listings in Seller App – Stuck on "Add Offer" Page

I'm trying to create new product listings using the Amazon Seller App, but I keep getting stuck on the "Add Offer" page. It doesn’t let me proceed any further, and I’m not sure if it’s a glitch or something I’m missing.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice or workaround would be appreciated.

post.we have the same or similar issue. The add offer page seems to be rendering the background image over the form making the page unusable. this is occurring on multiple phones to the last 2 days.

post. It's also happening to us. Tried everything suggested so far like clearing app cache and force stopping. Haven't tried deleting data option as we are not sure what all we will lose by doing so but it's been happening for the last few days and has never happened before this. May try another phone. Currently using a new Samsung phone. Next option is unistalling and reinstalling the app. If that still doesn't fix the problem then I don't know what else to do aside from calling tech support but they'll probably just say to do what we've already done. Not much information on this issue either but its put a damper on us listing new products.

Hi Everyone, I posted on this issue several days ago!! Mine stopped working Wednesday morning (June 18th) & have reported the issue to Amazon with several messages back & forth. I even factory reset my phone & nothing has worked. I've tried another Android device & that didn't work either at Telus. It is working on Apple phones though - either way, it's extremely annoying. It has been sent to the dedicated department - don't know when it will be fixed. However, the more people complain, the better it will be noted. They tried to make it sound like I was the only one having this issue & to just do it on the desktop which isn't helpful at all.

post.i am having the same problem. I called Amazon today and they said they dont have any trouble shooting on their end . Not sure what should I do yo make it work ! It seems a general issue fir all people on mobile apps
