I sent in a shipment with 3 asins with a count of 288, 288, and 540. They miscounted it to be 1080, 426, 444. After a month in a half, i have been hit with overage charges, storage fees and placement fees for the overage units that does not exist. almost all of the units have been transferred out except for the overage miscounted units at bna6. This is my first shipment of my brand and i spend 13k in advertising to get my rate and ranking up to where its at. Im almost sold out but i cant send in any more units because of the overage miscounted units taking up all of the storage capacity! i cannot increase capacity to add more units without getting charged a fee since i cant sell the imaginary units they miscounted. I cant ask for a bin count because there are only a few units left in transfer. according to the inventory ledger - BNA6 has the exact amount of overage at their facility. I have to wait to be sold out before i can ask for a bin check for them to realize their mistake. another month to ship in units and process them to sell and i'll lose my rank and rating that cost me over 13k to get. How do I ask bna6 to do a visual inspection to see if the imaginary overage units are really there or not? I created a case and no one can give me answers.
