Frequently Returned Item Badge Still Visible Despite Return Rate Improvement
Amazon is still displaying the "Frequently Returned Item" badge on my listing, even though my return rate has been below the threshold for the past three days.
The badge is visible only when logged into Amazon.
We’ve invested heavily in PPC campaigns to reduce the return rate, but despite meeting the criteria, the badge remains. Unfortunately, contacting Amazon support has not resolved the issue.
