It's quite amusing that Amazon claims to have successfully verified my personal information but says it cannot accept it, while not allowing me to contact the support team. So what should I do to reopen my account?

My payment card has expired, and Amazon requested that I replace it. However, after replacing the card, I was asked to verify my identity. I submitted my ID card and credit card statements, but Amazon reported that they couldn't verify my information and locked my account. I now have a bank statement, but I have no way to submit it for account verification. This is really difficult. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue as I am?
