AWD Delivery Rejected for Unscannable Labels
The factory used 4 cm x 6 cm labels and they were rejected by AWD because they say they're unscanable!
I know these are smaller than normal but they are completely scannable. I do not see where there is a minimum for labels sizes. Please help!

Hi @Seller_TYEXtNmcrr1cR,
Currently, AWD labels are formatted to A4 size and sellers should not alter label sizes.
As specified in the Send shipments to Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD): Print box labels help page:
Note: Print the full set of SSCC labels. Don't photocopy, reuse, or modify labels for use on additional cartons. The label applied on the box should match the FNSKUs placed inside the box. Each box that you send to AWD DC must not contain multiple SSCC labels placed on it.
