Canadian Citizenship ID Card for verification
After my passport was declined, I was requested to provide another form of ID document. I don't have a driver's license, but I have my Canadian Citizenship Card. However, I can not submit it as there is no option for a Canadian Citizenship Card in the drop-down. The options are a passport, a driver's license, and a Permanent Residence Card. What should I do in this case? Thank you!
