Issues having with a client order FBA and a shipment to FBA

(@Lucre_AmznSomeone told me you be able to help with a few issues I am having) For one thank you for taking your time to read this it is greatly appreciated, I opened a case but just like always its the same scripted message back and no one really takes the time to read the messages

for this case id 16364256361 for order number 702-0191543-3137047, This client has many many accounts and does this every year and no matter what we do to report them to amazon it does not stop, Reason we know its the same client is we keep a list of names of clients who frauded us in the past, Also she has a instgram account and facebook account flaunting how she got these items free from US all happy ordered it on the 5th refunded on the 7th and I am told by my daughter that she also took this to Tic Tac its another social media thing and I may have butchered the name sorry, But she just walked away with almost $500.00 worth of stock. And of course seller support says to wait 45 days for an item that is not returnable.

Another issue I have is that I am tax registered Canada wide however I don't believe I get my taxes paid out before it would show in my sales amount with tax but the last 1 or so nothing (Maybe I am not reading it right it can very well be)

And this shipment order id FBA STA (09/14/2024 18:02)-YYZ4 FBA18F1S46H9, Each of my products where labeled by myself and also test scanned before it left my location, I have tons of pictures because the past year or so I keep getting dings for nothing, Now they are saying 12 units are a defect quantity stating that the bar code is unscanable which is impossible as I done it myself on the label papers amazon requires us to do (to which I pay a very big for at uline) and I have each picture of each box labeled, the original shipping cases with its labels on them.

Hello @Seller_srmyWsf5s92lv,

Thank you for reaching out to the Amazon Forums and providing detailed information about the issues you are facing. I understand your frustration with the recurring problem of fraudulent buyers and the challenges you've encountered with obtaining satisfactory resolutions from Seller Support.

Regarding the case ID 16364256361 for order number 702-0191543-3137047, I acknowledge the concerning situation you've described with a buyer who has multiple accounts and has publicly flaunted their ability to obtain items without payment. This behavior is unacceptable and undermines the trust and integrity of our marketplace.

I want to assure you that we take such incidents seriously and have robust measures in place to identify and address fraudulent activities. However, as mentioned in the Seller Support response, for Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) orders, our returns policies allow buyers up to 45 days to initiate a return or seek a refund. While this may seem like an extended period, it is designed to provide a fair opportunity for legitimate returns and ensure a consistent experience for all buyers.

Please take a look at the Returns Policies for FBA in CA in case you need further details about how Amazon manages this process.

Regarding the tax registration issue you raised, I understand your concern about whether the taxes are being appropriately accounted for in your sales figures. To clarify this matter, I recommend reaching out to a dedicated Tax Support team, who are better equipped to provide specific guidance and clarification on tax-related matters in Canada.

Moving on to the shipment ID FBA18F1S46H9, I appreciate the effort you have put into labeling and scanning your products before shipment. It is concerning that you are being informed of 12 units being marked as defective due to unscannable barcodes, despite your diligent efforts.

Upon reviewing the shipment details, I can confirm that our records show 60 out of 60 units were received in good condition. However, I understand that this discrepancy with the 12 units marked as defective is causing you distress and potential financial implications.

To investigate this matter further, I kindly request that you provide us with the case ID you opened with Seller Support regarding this shipment discrepancy. Having access to the specific case details will enable our team to conduct a more thorough analysis and provide you with a comprehensive resolution.

Please be assured that we take all seller concerns seriously and are committed to working collaboratively with you to address these issues. Your satisfaction and success as a seller partner are of utmost importance to us.

If you have any additional information or documentation that could aid our investigation, please feel free to share it with us. We will review all relevant details and provide you with a detailed response outlining the next steps and any necessary actions.

Thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this process. We appreciate your partnership and look forward to resolving these matters in a satisfactory manner.
