I got a customer who filled a return request and after 42 days still not have sent their product back

Once they have a label, they can return it whenever (some don't ever return it). Have you checked the return tracking?
Don't worry about it until you get the item back.

I just wanted to add to the information @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9 provided. Typically, requests that are not actioned within 50 days from the return creation (e.g. the item is never sent back) will automatically be closed, and we do not suggest providing a refund for items that you have not received back.
