Restricted Product Policy Violations
Good afternoon
I received a Restricted Product Policy Violation for 2 product in my account and my account is at risk. I removed the incoming product from the inventory and although I wrote an appeal, neither amazon responded nor the violation was deleted. what can I do? Do you know the mail address of amazon?

How long ago did you send the appeal? You need to give Amazon time to process the appeal. Things are way backed up this time of year.
Did you appeal through your account health dashboard? What is stated on your dashboard? There will usually be something stating your appeal is under review.

Hi there @Seller_NeLsyYQkWoiVt,
I appreciate you utilizing the Seller Forums!
I understand you have received restricted product policy violations and you are needing assistance to address the violations. I would like to provide you with further insight into the applicable policy and advise you on next steps.
Customers trust that they can always buy with confidence on Amazon. Products offered for sale on Amazon must comply with all laws and regulations and with Amazon's policies. The sale of illegal, unsafe, or other restricted products listed on these pages, including products available only by prescription, is strictly prohibited.
Even if an item is not truthfully a restricted product, any type of restricted claims or words relating and alluding to such claims or other restricted products and policy violations, the items can and will be flagged for the respective restricted product policy. Are there any claims in the listing that relate to the policy cited on your Account Health page?
If the product detail page was created by you, consider asking yourself why that information was included as well as how you can avoid repeated restricted product policy violations moving forward? As there are different impacts to your Account Health Rating per violation type, I urge you to make a proactive plan for any of the policies.
With any of the restricted product policies, there are going to be the same pathways available. You will either have to acknowledge the policy violation after removing the product from your inventory, or you will need to provide proof this item does not violate the policies. This can include providing the list of ingredients or materials used to create the product, pictures of the item on all four sides, and any packaging or instruction manuals included.
You will still need to submit this information through the 'submit appeal' button. If there is not a button for you to reopen or further respond to the case previously generated, please create a new case with the ASIN information and documents via the Help menu.
Regards,
Stevie

Waste of our time.
If the Brand Owner has complete control of the listing, our hands are tied, yet Amazon seems to think we should do their job so makes it a negative against our account.
Screw 'em.
If Amazon wants the Manufacturer's business, do yur f'ing job and contact them.
