PO Box Orders

We get a high amount of orders going to a PO Box because we deliver products for RVs campers etc. Therefore we need to cancel those orders because Amazon does not ship to a PO Box. But then in turn we get a high cancellation rate and account deactivation warnings. Is there a way to fix this? To just shut off PO Box Orders?

Another option is to buy shipping off Amazon and use the street address of the post office and the PO Box number as the unit number.

If you are a pro seller, go into your shipping templates. Uncheck the box marked "PO Box".

I believe that will stop any orders to PO boxes

BUT, why do you say "Amazon doesn't deliver to PO Boxes"? Are you using Amazon as your delivery service, instead of USPS? You can still purchase USPS through Amazon, in which case a PO Box is not an issue, at least from the Amazon side (Post office may have rules regarding your product type, etc.)
