Amazon not accepting CARB EO to prove compliance
I have automotive tuners that I am attempting to list on Amazon. These turners have CARB EOs proving that they are compliant with Title II of the clean air act. Amazon policy states that in lieu of an EPA COC a CARB EO will suffice to show compliance with Title II of the clean air act. I add the item to Amazon via upload with the CARB EO and the item shows up in my inventory. Amazon then removes the detail page because it has been identified as a device intended to defeat, bypass, or shut down emission control devices, which violates Title II of the Clean Air Act. I open a support case once again providing them a link to the CARB EO on the CARB website and just keep repeating that it does not meet criteria to be reinstated because it has been identified as a device intended to defeat, bypass, or shut down emission control devices, which violates Title II of the Clean Air Act. I have them call me and the support representative says they can't access my case because it the the restricted products team and they only work thru emails (support cases in Amazon) How do I get ahold of a live human who on the restricted products team that is knowledgeable and can help me get my compliant item reinstated?

Hi there @Seller_6U1UAuPVbWvux,
I'm sorry that you have had trouble getting your products listed. While I cannot guarantee that your ASIN will be reinstated but I can review to see what escalation options exist for your products. Please reply with your most recent Case ID where you submitted your documents and I can see what next steps I can provide. Thank you for your understanding.
