Need Mod Assistance – A-to-Z Claim Despite Valid Proof of Delivery (Order ID: 702-9328091-4103407)

We shipped the order on time with a valid GSL tracking number(P64334351). Due to frequent past issues with customers claiming non-receipt despite tracking showing delivery, we required a signature upon delivery. On April 16, the customer informed us that GSL had attempted delivery twice but no one was available to sign, and they requested to remove the signature requirement. We responded promptly, but the customer did not reply further. According to GSL tracking, a delivery attempt was made on April 15 with no one available, and the package was successfully delivered on April 17 with a photo showing the item at the customer’s doorstep.
We were given no opportunity to appeal. The customer filed an A-to-Z claim, and the refund was issued to them immediately without allowing us to provide any additional evidence or explanation.

One more thing to add: I contacted GLS, and they said the customer called them and requested a drop-off without a signature. The SNR sticker in the second image can serve as proof.
