Compliance - Rejection without reason followed by auto removal order

Dear Team/Readers,

I have provided safety/compliance certificates for ASIN B0CS81T9Y7 which took several months to be reviewed. Amazon rejected the certificates and suppressed my listing.

Unfortunately, the rejection notice did not specify any reasons for the decision, nor did it highlight any potential missing information.

This lack of clarity has left me in a difficult position, as I am unable to address any potential issues or provide additional documentation that might be required.

Furthermore, I have been given an auto removal date for mid September. The reason for this is that I don't have an active listing. Therefore, I don't really have time to wait another month or two. The threat of auto removal adds quite a bit of unnecessary pressure to the situation. Perhaps, in addition to the reason(s) for rejecting my certificates, the auto removal order can be removed until this issue is resolved?

I am a very small start-up company and I don't have the finances to ship my inventory back and forth.

So if you could please investigate and tell me what exactly is required to resolve the issue, I would be most grateful.

Unfortunately, the auto-removal process cannot be removed, as this is part of the compliance process. Please note that our teams and support teams cannot intervene or influence their decision for these types of investigations. I took a look on case ending 1661, and it shows still investigating. At this moment, our advice will be to wait for Amazon to provide final resolution.
