Invalid Payment Method
I have been denied access to my seller account since 4/7 because of "Invalid Payment Method". I have called or chatted with Amazon every day. I get passed from associate to associate and no help is given. I confirmed that my card is valid and is being used to make PURCHASES on Amazon. I even got Discover on a three way call between myself and Amazon to CONFIRM that my card is valid, that it is valid INTERNATIONALLY and that NO CHARGES HAD BEEN DENIED. At the direction of Amazon I have repeatedly "updated" this valid information with no result. After this confirmation Amazon still insists that my payment method is invalid and my business is hurting. I have orders I cannot ship that are way past due and messages from customers that I cannot reply to.
I think enough people are experiencing this to launch a class action lawsuit against Amazon. Our businesses and finances are being affected.
If someone knows a good lawyer we should proceed.

Hello @Seller_zcTzJ8fIk0dVp
Thank you for the information provided. I understand you have been experiencing issues with the card on file. You mention having verified the card is valid, but is it a credit card? If it is not, then this may be where the concern is as our team does require a valid credit card to be on file.
Please continue to refer to this thread with any additional questions or updates you have on the situation.
Best,
Atlas

While Amazon will allow debit cards to be used on purchases, they require a credit card on the seller side of the account. Some banks will issue debit cards that will work for this, but most bank and credit union issued debit cards will not work due to how the charge is handled.
If your card is a credit card, then how long until it hits its expiration date? Cards within several months of this are often denied.
