Cannot contact buyer re attempted delivery
Amazon granted a buyer's A-Z claim for non-delivery without contacting me (the seller). Post office (international order) has attempted delivery - I would like to advise the buyer to pursue this with their Post Office but I am unable to contact them - all the options on buyer-seller messaging are greyed out.
What can I do? Seller support is unable to contact buyers. I filed an A-Z appeal just asking Amazon to contact the buyer for me. They just denied the appeal with a canned response that did not address the issue at all. Now of course I can't reach Amazon on the order at all.

I admire your positive intentions and your desire to help the buyer get their delivery. Unfortunately, I don't see any way to accomplish that goal. Thank you for selling on Amazon.
