I got a negative feedback for because buyer doesn't read description before buying

I listed a controller and in my description it says its for (controller only) and (no usb cable included)

and they buyer just left me a negative saying no cable included

it was stated in the description

please help amazon

I tried to appeal it but got denied automatic

whats the point of having a description if amazon won't help

I just got a issue and the order ID is 702-2581461-5841067my ad was for a playstation controller only and in my ad it says its for the controller only no USB cable includedand the negative feedback says no cable includedplease help
