New supplement testing process
I have questions around the new supplement testing process Amazon rolled out a few months back (after forcing me to spent thousands $$$ in Jan to test the same products and accepting them only to tell me they had to be tested again in this process).
I recently was told by Eurofins (the Amazon testing partner selected) that they have a large backlog (not surprising) and they will not complete my tests in time of Amazon's cutoff date. I have called Seller Support several times and they have no clue about the program and how this situation will be handled. It is unfair that my products be restricted because Amazon's required testing partner cannot get the tests done in time.
Anyone else experiencing this?
