Shopping cart with all links disappearing

My store is in normal condition with a score of 204 points, and there is no performance feedback. All linked shopping carts have disappeared for no reason. I opened KS but couldn't find the problem. I hope you can advise me on how to solve it.

I went through some of your listings and see that some do have the Featured Merchant offer, while others don't.

I am sharing a help page that contains information on how to increase the options of becoming aFeature Merchant.
