The order I received failed to be sent to the customer properly due to an electrical fault which destrAoyed my computer and all data so the order could not be sent. yeah, that's not going to give you your account back. I don't even care what country you are in, but there are ways to ship a package even IF your computer got fried.

For ONE order not sent, Amazon will not deactivate your account.

Copy and paste here Amazon's deactivation email that we can see the REAL reason.

2. Sounds like a lot of BS. I suspect you are a drop shipper from Sri Lanka

I do see that your account was deactivated 2 years ago for policy violations. To appeal you will need to go your performance notifications in Seller Central and provide the requested information our partner team requested.

Your account was deactivated a while back, so the electric problem you experienced with your computer does not impact anything in our system, your account and customer's orders are still retained in our database and can be fulfilled from another device.

For further insight, review the e-mail sent to you on December 20th, 2024, labeled Your Amazon account, there you can find what our partner team needs from your to submit in order to review your account.
