Shipping Settings Automation (SSA) in Canada?

I just got a message saying my average transit time was 13 days faster than the promised time (yay!). Amazon suggested I enable the "Shipping Settings Automation (SSA)" feature to show a more accurate transit time for my customers.
But… I can’t seem to find this feature anywhere in my .CA shipping settings! Is SSA only available on .COM?
I was able to find it on .COM and tried enabling it there, but it looks like it requires a US address. 😅
Is anyone using this feature who could share some advice? Thanks so much!
