I don't understand why I can't get any help with the Help support. Every time I have an issues, it's the same thing. The chat support tells me they have to pass it on to a team of experts and I'll get an email and the email just ells me that my case is closed and they wash their hands of it. I don't understand how people do business with a company who can't answer basic questions about issues you're having. Is it just me? For example, I want to know why Amazon is charging me the GST portion of my sale, when they are keeping the GST that was paid by the customer. Is that other people's experience as well? Why can't they explain this to me? Or why they're telling me I haven't had any subscriptions charges in the last 90 days when 2 subscription fees have been charged to me and are clearly shown in my account? How are the experts behind the scenes working hard to tell me completely wrong information. I can't get anywhere. They just send me in circles with no answers, no help.
