Problem with Amazon.ca FBA Fee Changes for 2025 - Correct FBA Fees not provided

Hi mods,

Can you guys help me with the latest amazon.ca FBA Fee updates? It seems to be beyond Seller Support’s capabilities. I waited a year since I last asked about this (with both Seller Support and with help from a Seller Forum Mod), and it looks like it still hasn’t been fully addressed/updated properly.

There has been new amazon.ca FBA Fee updates for 2025 though, so I’m trying again.

Resources of Reference (I tried to post the sellercentral.amazon.ca/help/hub/reference/.... links, but it's giving me the "Non-Amazon URLs are not allowed to be posted within Seller Forums. Please remove the URL" error since the link isn't amazon.com, but rather amazon.ca) - here are the only ways I can provide the reference pages on Seller Forums for now:

(Note for other sellers, and potentially mods: accessing the above reference pages through sellercentral.amazon.com instead of sellercentral.amazon.ca will not give you the same reference pages/tables/policies as the ones I'm inquiring about for amazon.ca)

The main issue is that all my listings that I’ve reactivated to be available for sale on amazon.ca, priced under CAD $13.99, are not being fulfilled with amazon.ca's Low-Price FBA Fees, after giving it another test-drive following the latest updates to amazon.ca fee changes for 2025. (Ref. 1).

However, a couple of my available listings that were available on amazon.ca (as some of my amazon.com listings slowly integrate their way into amazon.ca's catalog), are showing the Low-Price FBA Fees (thereby disproving everything Seller Support’s telling me, as usual…, and matches my past experiences of selling on amazon.ca, back when we were still using the "Small & Light program" as an available option for Sellers to have lower FBA Fees instead of the current "Low-Price FBA" fees it transitioned to).

I have a slew of insights following contact with seller support. I tried to provide my own due diligence and gathered as much insight as I could on amazon.ca's Low-Price FBA Fees with multiple Case IDs tackling various different associated issues, but it concluded with lack of help from Seller Support as usual - they ended up waving the problems off as a Product Remeasurement request instead for most of the Case IDs. I have a whole essay of explanations and insights ready if-needed if mods are able to assist and are curious and prefer a comprehensive overview from the Seller's perspective - I just didn’t want to write 3-4 pages in a forum post (but please do let me know if that might help shed more insight to solve this problem, in case anything might not be readily transparent in your thoughts in your review of my Case IDs below… - happy to explain fully and hopefully generate some cashflow on a more system-wide level, since fixing it will fix it for all U.S. amazon.com sellers interested in taking advantage of the Amazon.ca market, or in dire need of any additional outlets for sale and cashflow during our current times, like myself).
