(NOTE; In this invoice I sent, the address was the same, but there were differences in lowercase letters and words; I mistakenly sent the Payoner account statement to the Japanese account. While I requested water, electricity, natural gas and internet invoices, I could not send them, because the invoices registered on my wife's account. There were such errors.)

In the initial appeal, you have the opportunity to submit the documents requested on the seller central page, such as Utility bills, driver's license, government issued IDs, etc. to show evidence of the legality of your business.

I understand that you submitted a document in which there were certain discrepancies, and you did not submit the utility bill requested since they were not under your name at the time.

These documents are thoroughly reviewed and a they make the determination if your account is eligible to be reactivated or if additional documents are required.
