Help about removing a fake review

Hey there!

I wanted to bring something important to your attention. We’ve spotted a review that clearly goes against Amazon's community guidelines. After looking into it, we believe this review is fake and doesn’t represent a real customer's experience. It seems designed to mislead future buyers and hurt our product’s reputation.

Thanks for your help!

Reasons to suspect that it is a fake review from a fake profile:

- Unusual review activity has been noted from this profile. The review appears valid, but the reviewer is labeled only as "Amazon Customer."

- It appears that the reviewer is a non-genuine buyer, as he often leaves extreme ratings, whether very positive or very negative (only one-star or five-star ratings across all their reviews).

- Patterns such as only leaving 5-star or 1-star reviews may suggest that an account is fake or part of a review manipulation scheme.

Review details are below:

ASIN: B005OSQGN8

TITLE: Total Disaster – Broken Mirror and Frustration!

REVIEW: "I bought this shower mirror with high hopes, but it has been a complete letdown. The adhesive tape is terrible! Despite following the instructions meticulously, it fell off the wall several times. Each time, I’d stick it back up, only for it to crash down again.

Finally, it broke during one of its falls, leaving me with a shattered mess to clean up. Not only was it frustrating to deal with the constant falling, but now I have to replace it—and I’m out of pocket for a product that was supposed to make my life easier.

To make matters worse, the LED light is incredibly poor; it barely illuminates anything in the shower. Plus, the mirror itself is distorted.

I wouldn’t recommend this mirror to anyone. Save your money and find something that actually stays put and works as advertised!"

This is the ninth thread you've started on the same subject, going back a month. A Community Manager has weighed in each time telling you the reviews you're attempting to have removed do not violate the Community Guidelines. None of the reviews are going to get removed.

The majority of your reviews are good, your product has a rating of 4.2 stars and buyers are allowed to share their opinions.
