Got rejection from amazon brand but it's still pending
I recently applied for brand registry and my application was rejected because of the photos I provided. I am attempting to apply again but I cannot do so because of a pending application that was rejected. I was rejected via e-mail. Is there any way to contact support to fully close/reject my application so I can resubmit? It has been pending for weeks now. I have two Case IDs associated with this application that I cannot reply to. My Case ID is : 15673539151 (application ID), 15693374801(rejection notice)
