Are you asking about shipping an order that you sold?
If you are, then you need to make your own shipping arrangements with a shipping company (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, etc). Amazon.ca only has Buy-Shipping available for sellers shipping from China.
You buy (and pay for) the shipping label directly. Then you update the sale record with the tracking number -- amazon will not pay you if you forget to confirm the shipment info for the order.
