CPC Compliance Issue (16 CFR Part 1130)
We have a product required to meet CPSC - 16 CFR Part 1130 for Durable Infant or Toddler Products. But, this product actually does not fall under any of 26 kinds of products defined at 16 CFR Part 1130. As a kind of children product for 5-7 years old, we have provided CPC and testing reports from SGS. And SGS informed us 16 CFR Part 1130 doesn't apply to this product.
We appealed compliance and were rejected many times. Unfortunately, the product has been removed.
We can't understand that the scope is clearly defined at 16 CFR Part 1130, are Amazon and us following the same 16 CFR Part 1130?

Could anyone help to resolve the issue? Thank you!

Hello @Seller_T0Ru1joKYGC15- thanks for bringing this question to the forums. Danny from Amazon here, I was just made aware of this post and wanted to chime in to make sure you had this help page in hand, which may be relevant, as it confirms the needed compliance documentation for children's chairs and stools, regardless if they fold or not.
I took a look through your provided cases and can confirm that Amazon may require compliance documentation in the interest of customer safety, though I do apologize for any strain it adds to your business.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions after reading through that help page.
Best,
Danny
