Hello, today I received the above email from Amazon, I stopped doing business on Amazon for about 3 months, I downgraded my account to a personal account and today I was surprised when my account was suspended just for the reason:

-- To act unfairly or misuse Amazon features or services.

I actually haven't been selling for a while, why was I suspended for this unclear reason. I didn't do anything.

If this gets seen by a support member, what are the proper channels to rectify this issue?

There are many posts stating that there is no feedback from support for this issue and many others.

We have done all of the suggested options offered from the help pages and automatic replies and still no changes to our accounts.

Some can't even close accounts to start over, while some never even had the chance to post or selling anything.

There must be a way to get one on one support or even talk to an agent.

This process is extremely frustrating.

Based off the information in the message, you are going to need to submit evidence showing that no policy has been violated. Regarding the "act fairly" verbiage, this could apply to several different portions of your account. I would recommend providing information regarding how you source you products, what your shipping process looks like, proof of inventory for any orders you have fulfilled, and proof of order delivery. You may also need to provide relevant details regarding your business such as contact information and how long you have been in operation. Ultimately, you will need use this information to show how the policy was not violated.

Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.

Regards,

Troy
