I'm not receiving ANY email from Amazon
I use the same Amazon account both as a buyer and for seller central, and not for KDP. I haven't received email from Amazon for months. Yes, silly on my part to not troubleshoot earlier.
-According to Amazon, my seller account health is fine.
-I do receive text messages when I get orders in seller central.
-I started with KDP a few days ago and am not receiving emails they claim are being sent, likely because I'm signing in with my Amazon account.
-I can access my seller central case log, which has been enough for certain communication threads.
-The email addresses that are in my Amazon profile and seller central are functional and have been tested. There is my primary email address, which I use to sign in. There's a backup gmail address as well. There's also an an email address from prior to when I last changed my Amazon seller id. That 3rd email address is one I will go and change, but it IS valid and functional.
-Regarding junk/spam, I checked both in Outlook as well on the respective mail servers and don't see any jumk/spam received by Amazon. I also don't have any spam rules that would prevent email from being received.
-According to Amazon, a confirmations for orders I've placed are being sent. I can see the orders in my order history, no problem there. Just no confirmation emails.
In other words, my Amazon presence (besides needing more sales) seems ok.
Has anybody encountered such a thing? I can certainly go and change my email addresses in Amazon and Seller Central but before I do this, not knowing whether it will resolve the problem, I wanted to reach out. Thanks in advance.

I changed my email address everywhere in notification preferences and seller profile - everywhere I could find an email address to enter. Looks like I'm now receiving email when I purchase something. So it's likely it did the trick.
I know it's tempting just to think I had previously entered incorrect email addresses, and I've been 2nd guessing myself as well. But they were valid and tested email addresses, though they were hosted by a smaller ISP vs Google Gmail which I'm using now.
So who knows but when in doubt, change your email address.
