Dear Amazon Review Team, We are writing to formally dispute a complaint. The main points of our dispute are as follows:
1. Product Delivery: The product in question was successfully delivered to the buyer on 09/16/2024 11:07. We have proof of this delivery in the form of documents from the shipping company and photos taken during delivery.
2. Proof of Delivery: We have provided clear documentation, including documents confirming delivery to the buyer's address. This evidence directly contradicts the buyer's claim.
3. Unfair Return Claim: The buyer's claim that the product was not delivered is false. Therefore, we believe that this complaint is made solely for the purpose of obtaining an unfair refund.
4. Company Policy: According to Amazon's return policy, certain conditions must be met for returns to be valid once the product has been delivered. In this case, these conditions have not been met.
5. Result Claim: Based on the above points, we respectfully request that the buyer's complaint be rejected, the refund be cancelled, and the proof of delivery be accepted, and the refund request be rejected. ADDITIONAL NECESSARY INFORMATION HAS BEEN UPLOADED. Thank you for your interest in this matter.
DESPITE PROVIDING THIS INFORMATION, THE CUSTOMER WAS FOUND TO BE IN THE RIGHT, A REFUND WAS MADE AND HIS ACCOUNT HEALTH WAS BADLY AFFECTED.
IT WAS LATER UNDERSTOOD THAT THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED TO THE GARAGE BUT THE SELLER WAS THE ONE WHO WAS DAMAGED. IN THIS CASE, SELLERS NEED TO BE PROTECTED.
AMAZON SHOULD CONCLUDES ITS POLICIES IN A-TO-Z COMPLAINTS IN A WAY THAT WILL ALSO DEFEND SELLERS.
Best Regards,

When you review the message history, you can see that the buyer has received the product and confirmed it.
IN ADDITION, THE COMPLAINT IS CURRENTLY DETERMINED AS CLOSED, BUT A FULL REFUND WAS MADE TO THE BUYER, THE CUSTOMER DID NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT, OUR ACCOUNT HEALTH WAS BADLY AFFECTED AND THE ODR INCREASED. WE LOST THE BUYBOX AND WE CANNOT MAKE SALES.

This is Amazon Seller Forums, a forum of other Amazon sellers.
1. It sounds like it was successfuly delivered outdoors to a property, not to the buyer's hands. How do you know it was left at the correct buyer's house with the photo, or that it wasn't stolen before the buyer arrived home?
2. So you've provided a signature confirmation of delivery that the package has reached the buyer's hands? Or just a photograph of someone's house outside.
3. Did you get a signature delivery confirmation? If so, how do you know the parcel was not stolen after your courier left it outside? Did your courier try to contact the customer or phone the customer during the delivery?
4. That is for returns, not delivery.
5. Not going to happen, unless you have a signature confirmation of delivery, or you can get the customer to admit in buyer-seller messaging that they, did, infact, receive the item.
If it was mis delivered, then all you simply have to do is file an insurance claim with your carrier for a refund. The shipping insurance is what protects the seller.
They do, the onus is on the seller to provide proof of signature for a correct delivery. If you have not gotten the buyer to sign for the package, how do you know the buyer received the package? If you provide your signature proof during the A to Z claim appeal, the A to Z claim goes away and is covered by Amazon.

Hi,
What proof do you have that the item was delivered? Im not saying the buyer isn't scamming you, but it all depends on your proof.
- What do you mean by you have the "documents" to prove delivery?
Unfortunately, photos do not mean much here. In fact, even though Amazon takes photos of its deliveries, the photos are not treated as 'proof'. I know this from personal experience, as a customer who ordered from Amazon

I am a seller on amazon, and learned my lesson the hard way.
When shipping anything, you need to use a big name shipping company, and ALWAYS pay for the signature option.
Ever since i have been doing that i have never lost a claim.
