I demand the refund of my lost products
Hello everyone,
The products I sent to Amazon came out in the first count. Later on the Shipments page, these products reported that 33 missing.
I sent the products using intermediate warehouse. I'm sure I send it full and complete. I think Amazon lost the products during the transfer process. I demanded a refund from Amazon, but they give me the same and automatic answers. I request the help of an Amazon official.

Demanding anything isn't going to get you anywhere.
You have to provide proof of ownership, proof of shipment and proof of delivery.

it's very commom these days items get lost during the transfer. I have one of every two orders missing one or a few. Very annoying these days, have to create tickets over and over to fight for that

Very frustrating for sure, but remember, you work for Amazon, Amazon does not work for you. "Demand" does not work in this domain, as it may for you during your day to day.
I had a situation where, product was lost after check in to FBA, I sent Amazon the load sheet and asked for them to do a search of product after it arrived at the warehouse. They found the product.
This is the best platform on the planet currently to sell product, give them respect.

I have exactly the same problem. I have been waiting for amazon to activate my products and shelf them for 2 weeks. Now they closed it and said all of the products in the box are missin
