Amazon instructs us to take package to Post Office on Sunday. Post Office not open on Sunday
Hello all,
We are FBM. When we sell an order on Saturday, the usual "have it to the Post Office" date is Sunday. Our Post Office is not open on Sunday. This was not such a big deal until began really cracking down on On Time Delivery. We did the best we could with what we have and had the package to the Post Office on Monday.
My question is, is there any way to let Amazon know they are asking the impossible. The Post Office doors are literally locked on Sunday. Or somewhere we can let Amazon know we are not "Open" on Sunday. I believe that was once an option, but I cannot find it.
Any advice/direction would be greatly appreciated.

Check your operating days (also make sure that automated handling time is not enabled)
Operating Days is harder to find now -- shipping settings / location tab, then click on your store name
