Amazon issued an A to Z claim without looking into the issue

Amazon issued a full refund for an A to Z claim without looking into the email chain. Now we are out of money.

Customer emailed us and we responded within an hour for the customer to return the product but Amazon did not look into the email. The customer's original email stated they received the correct item but just decided she did not want to keep the products anymore.

Did you appeal the A to Z claim and provide Amazon that information that the customer emailed you on [date] and [time] via buyer-seller messaging and said they were in possession of the product but didn't want to keep it anymore?

same thing happened to me. I won the appeal but they already took the money from me and won't give it back. Can Amazon support please help? The customer now has my product and money.

If the sale is high value then appeal the decision but to be honest the chances of you succeeding is pretty low.

Probably best to write the loss off on your tax Return.

If the item is low - medium value just refund with the reason "Buyer Cancelled" at the customers first message.

It is not worth the hassle & it will avoid an A-Z &/or Negative Feedback.

For those you get a mark on yoour account & it takes months to get rid of it.

So basically you can appeal one sale lost & risk losing many many more due to account downgrading!

Or you can just accept it as a loss & sales keep going as usual.

This will never stop amazon themsleves are doing this to you not customers. Eventually you will figure this out. This means amazon either wants you to stop selling the product or amazon themselves want to sell your product. Either way this doesn't stop because amazon is run by the WEF.

Same thing just happened to me and to make things worse. I was never even notified an A-to-Z claim was opened. Since when can a buyer open a claim, and Amazon not notify the seller, but then settle the claim.
