Urgent help with verification needed

Greetings fellow sellers,

I would appreciate your assistance , my account has been inactive for a while now, I resubmitted my documents, but received the below email:

We reviewed the documents you provided, but we were unable to verify your identity based on the documents sent.As a result, your account will remain inactive.

Why is this happening?

We were unable to verify the document you provided as proof of identity.To learn more about our requirements, go to the Global Vendor Identity Verification Program at the following link

How can I resolve this situation?

Within 10 days of receiving this email notification,

upload a scanned copy of another government-issued photographic identification document to Seller Central, as well as all other required documents listed on the Identity Verification page.Be sure to insert already verified documents as well.To submit the required documents or update your information, log in to Seller Central and follow the onscreen instructions:

Now I believe “another government-Issued photographic identification document” means I should submit a document other than the passport initially submitted , such as a driving license , or government ID ?

The second issue, there is a red banner above the primary contact information which states that the document provided is not same as the information on the account, but I am sure they are identical.

would appreciate your input and guidance on the above verification issue, as I have only 10 days to have it resolved otherwise I will face the risk of deactivation.

AMAZON EXACT MATCH REQUIREMENTS

Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'. Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?

That means Street is not ST.

Jim is not James.

ALL CAPS is not SOme CAps

And so on………………..

They mean every comma, period, dash, etc. must be EXACTLY THE SAME INCLUDING SPACE S.

Go over everything with a magnifying glass looking for a missing 'period' or 'comma'. Is there a different capitalization, abbreviation, spelling, or, even an extra spa ce?
