Hi, I have some blocked stock ( warehouse YYC4, ) not available for sale (40 books) distributed as follows: shipment FBA18LLWYMQY

I sent several messages but no Amazon associate has resolved my problem. The products are delivered but not available for sale on FBA. Do you have any suggestions to unblock the situation, I don't know what to do anymore. Thanks
