No featured offer on new brand listing
Hello,
I recently registered a brand with Amazon brand registry and created the first listing under this brand name. Once the listing was live I noticed that there was no featured offer for the listing, and that the ASIN was not eligible for featured offer. This is odd to me because I have sold unbranded products on Amazon in the past that are very similar to what I listed and have had no issue obtaining featured offer status. It is also worth noting I am the manufacturer and sole seller on all of my product listings. I did some research on this topic and none of the listed reasons for featured offer ineligibility in related Amazon articles seem to apply (my account health is good, I have 0% order defect rate, 100% VTR, lowest price, ect). I also found that some other sellers on the Amazon seller forums had had similar issues and some mentioned having solved the issue by posting on the seller forums and having a case escalated to the department that deals with featured offer eligibility by a forum moderator. So I am hoping that a moderator on this forum might be able to assist, but I would also love to hear if any other sellers had a similar issue and if so how they resolved it.
I also just wanted to note that my listing is FBM and cannot be changed to FBA as it is a personalized item that needs to be produced on demand.
I would greatly appreciate any assistance or insight in solving this issue.
