YHM1 irresponsibility
Hello
We have been working with Amazon for almost 2 years. There is no other warehouse where we have had as many problems as YHM1.
They had caused a lot of trouble before with claims of late acceptance and missing cargo.
Now FBA18VHLB4LC, this shipment has been "delivered" for 9 days but there are no updates.
We respect that Amazon expects us to work "selflessly" in every situation, but why can't we expect the same dedication from Amazon?
We request your urgent investigation and assistance.
