I’m reaching out with urgency regarding ASIN: B0DK8ZGDM7, which has been under review for a Product Safety Issue since May 28, 2025. The listing was removed due to a high-risk/repeat violation, although the product has had no sales in the past 12 months.
What I’ve Done So Far:
Submitted all requested documentation and a full explanation promptly after the issue appeared.
Opened a case: ID 17826376321
Contacted Seller Support, who confirmed that the matter has been escalated internally and is still “under evaluation.”
Issue:
It’s been over 14 days with no resolution or update.
My Account Health is at risk, and I’ve now received a notice that the account may be deactivated within 72 hours if the issue is not resolved.
I understand these investigations take time, but this prolonged delay is now endangering my entire business. I kindly request the internal team to urgently complete the review or provide a temporary exception or update to prevent unfair account deactivation.

Unfortunately, despite my efforts and the open case (ID: 17826376321), my account has now been deactivated due to this unresolved ASIN safety review.
I respectfully urge Amazon's internal team or Account Health specialists to urgently revisit this matter and assist with reinstating my account, as all documentation was submitted and the delay was beyond my control.
