Account deactivated for restricted product
My account was wrongfully deactivated for selling: Trophy Skin UltradermMD - 3 in 1 Home Spa Microdermabrasion
The deactivation states that it is for medical profesionals only (which it clearly is not) I've gone back and forth submitting appeals, calling account support team: just to get the thrown in different directions and not get a clear answer as to what is actually going on. I have proof via Amazon's messaging platform from the brand owner themselves stating that this product is 510k exempt and is a class 1 medical device. I have documentation from the FDA showing that this category of devices ism exempted. There is literally a whole category of product on Amazon specifically for microdermabrasion.
Anyone have any clue as to how I can get my account back. Selling on Amazon is my primary source of income, and it has been deactivated for two months.

Never mind the medical claim.
Do you have an LOA from the BRAND allowing you to sell it on Amazon?
Since you and the seller that you just responded to on the below thread were suspended for the same brand I suspect the issue is authorization from the BRAND.

Hello @Seller_cyy65j5MXz7Je,
Thank you for posting here on the Forums.
I see that your account was deactivated for restricted products, specifically for medical devices and you have questions about what you next steps will look like.
When your account is deactivated for restricted products you will have the option to dispute only and provide proof that the affected ASIN is, and was not in violation of our policies at the time you were deactivated.
If the information you are submitting has been rejected, this may mean that the evidence you are providing does not prove this item was not in violation of this policy. Could you provide any relevant case ID's here, so we can take a look? I would like to forward your information to continue researching this matter further. Please continue to post any relevant information in relation to this topic
If you have any updates to provide, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

Hey there @Seller_cyy65j5MXz7Je,
I apologize for the delay in responses here. The moderating team and I are working as quickly as possible to reply to all threads.
I have taken a look into the case ID you have provided and your account. It does appear the team will be looking for evidence that the products you listing did not violate the policies for restricted products.
I suggest reviewing the information provided here and compare the policy with your listings for accurate information, depiction, and no mention or allusion to the item being a medical device.
Without successfully providing evidence that this action was taken in error, we are unable to guarantee the reactivation of your account at this time. Please continue to monitor your performance notifications, e-mails, and case logs for future requests.
Stevie.
