I'm brand registered in the US, but not Canada. I also have a US Copyright on the product and I don't allow resellers anywhere. There are now 5+ knock off sellers on my Canadian listing and seller support has not been able to remove them. This is causing multiple 1 star reviews as the products are not as described on the website. These are all coming from the Chinese counterfeiters. Amazon support says I need to purchase the product, take a picture of it to show it is a fake, and give them the order number. The only problem is I don't live in Canada so I can't order the product.

Is there any solution to this? If I'm brand registered in the US why can't I protect the listing in Canada? Can I just have the Canadian listing closed all together?
