Expired product complaint
Hello!
Amazon received a complaint from customer that our product has expired. However the product has a shelf life of one more year. When we filed an appeal, it was just acknowledgement that we will not do it again. Is there any way to contact the customer who filed a complaint?

There is a submit dispute button in the top right corner. Although, now that you acknowledged it, by doing that you admitted fault.
We had a product that has the date code printed on it but customers get confused and think its the expiry date, but it is the date of manufacture. The brand owner tells this on their own website so we were able to resolve the dispute.
